Yes that was exactly what I needed, and better than I asked for. :) I do wonder why your tab order is so different than mine in the same Skype version though. I've tried with accessibility mode both on and off, and that did not change my tab order. My first tab is a More button that does nothing obvious when I press Space on it, and my second tab is the Insert Emoticon or Moji button. I tried with my Skype window both Restored and Maximized.
