Hi! There is no official NVDA add-on for Skype, NVDA add-ons being little programs which can be added to NVDA to help perform particular tasks or add voices. Anyway, if your friend is using the latest version of NVDA, she won't need any add-on, as improved Skype accessibility is part of NVDA now; NVDA will tell her when people come online and go offline, and messages can be read with the NVDA and Control keys and numbers: NVDA+control+1 reads the most recent message, NVDA+control+2 the next most recent, right up to NVDA+control+0 to read whatever arrived ten messages back if needed.
