Actually I kind of sort of disagree. There has to be a way to completely wipe out your skype account and just make it go away. And I mean everything. I do agree though that maybe the user name out in the wild might not be such a good idea, however if the person who has the new account changes their display name to james you would know that it's not me, unless I suddenly became a guy. Also let's say I get fired from my job where I'm using this skype account I was assigned. If they change the password fine, but there again has to be a way to completely get rid of everything on skype's servers so that account no longer exists.
