II really don't know but when I click new to skype I get taken to the following link.

I even tried changkng the agent to firefox for windows and no go. I see this when I click sign in on the website after the sign in button. Create new account Problems signing in? Sign in with Facebook No get skype name link. I'm very stumpped and a bit frustrated here.
