Hello Randy, try these steps but I am not sure they'll work since I did not upgrade to win10 myself. Try pressingwindows+r and writing:
%appdata%
Scroll this folder and see if there is a Skype subfolder, and here you possibly should find "My Skype received files". If these steps don't work, or if there you don't find a file that someone sent you, I am not sure if Windows 10 has a find edit box like in the start menu, if so try to insert the filename on it.
