this problem I don't have.
I use my mixer, plus two other sound cards when I'm streaming. one of
them is used purely for skype output to the mixer, and another is used
for skype input as well as playout for stationplaylist studio.
I've yet to experience the issue you speak of thus I believe this is not
a skype related problem.
