Hi,
It’s a bit interesting solution but, download Skype installer and run, then
choose Language from the list of languages. You won’t lose anything.

It has happened several times, but this time, I can’t get it back. When typing
a message, in a Skype conversation, I hear JAWS begin to speak in Arabic. I go
to menus and they are all in Arabic. I had a sighted friend come over to help
me get the language back to English and find the text is in Arabic, as well.
He tries to compare his computer’s menu to mine to find the list of available
languages, for the change and the menue is different. Matter of fact, now,
after the initial Skype Header, is ‘System’. Prior to the language change,
Contacts was next in line. Now, how do I get this thang back to speaking
English? The problem is even greater, as with the new language and new menu, I
can’t communicate with anyone. If in a video call and try to send a text
message, it doesn’t transmit, nor does anything, from the person on the other
end. Can’t, even, turn on my cam by hitting Alt. arrowing right, 3 times,
arrowing up 6 and arrowing, again, right, for one tap, to turn on my cam. Is
there an on line easy fix:? How, otherwise, do I get back to English? Hugs,
