Ok Frank, here it's the detalied procedure for what I told before...
Try pressing alt, then three times left arrow, then one time down and
one time right. You should then hear JAWS (or whichever your screen
reader is) say "arabic", here you simply press down arrow till you hear
english, and you press enter here.
