This is not a constant problem accept for one caller. I can have people in a converence call and when this one caller rings in and I do my normal, highlight the name, press the application key and then press the letter I. It goes to the history submenue and the only choice I have is to add or reject. If I reject the call and then try to add it shows that its ringing but the person gets no alert that I am calling.
