yes the full link still gives 7.31. You should upgrade by searching for
the download link on Skype web page and it will give you a smaller
installer, otherwise try this link thich a friend of mine gave me:
www.skype.com/go/getskype-wlm
The only thing is that with this installer it will be 7.32.73.103, I
don't know exactly which is the difference though.
