This options I have unchecked, because I am not happy that Skype is
still open and is not good for me because if I using alt tab this window
is still there.
But at this time it will be best solution for me I thing.

If you are hearing a message like "These scripts do not support this Skype
version," try installing the scripts at http://www.dlee.org/mrw/ and then typing
JAWSKey+Alt+C twice in quick succession to enable them. This is a
workaround for a problem I sometimes see after Windows updates. The problem
affects more than just Skype though, so I wrote those scripts separately
instead of making them part of the Skype scripts. If those scripts do not
help, you can uninstall them from the Start screen; find the uninstaller by
typing mrw there.
If you do not hear the message I mentioned above, this may not be your problem.
Let us know what version number you hear when you type JAWSKey+Ctrl+V while
Skype is running. Also tell me your Skype script revision, which speaks
after a while when you type Insert+Q.

My friend, analyzing the source of your message I noticed that you
apparently use Windows 10, so you probably got the Windows 10 app, the one
that we were talking in the latest days. It's better usable, not perfectly
though, with NVDA apparently, but no hope with JAWS at the moment
apparently. I recommend you to uninstall it and use the Skype for desktop
again. Not sure if you'll need to download it again, but if you do try
going here: www.skype.com/go/getskype-full
Other thing that now comes to my mind. If you use english scripts and
don't have a translation for your language, better to use Skype in english
as well.
