Wich problems do you have with JAWS and win store Skype? I tried it and didn't find any major problems. Really inefficient but JAWS reads everything in it. It's better usable, not perfectly though, with NVDA apparently, but no hope with JAWS at the moment apparently. I recommend you to uninstall it and use the Skype for desktop again. Not sure if you'll need to download it again, but if you do try going here: www.skype.com/go/getskype-full Other thing that now comes to my mind. If you use english scripts and don't have a translation for your language, better to use Skype in english as well. Bye!
