Obs. No tty1 eu consigo logar com outros usurios, mas com o root eu no
 consigo.

 arquivo etc/inittab

 # These are standard console login...
 c1:1235:respawn:/sbin/agetty 38400 tty1 linux
 c2:1235:respawn:/sbin/agetty 38400 tty2 linux
 c3:1235:respawn:/sbin/agetty 38400 tty3 linux
 c4:1235:respawn:/sbin/agetty 38400 tty4 linux
 c5:1235:respawn:/sbin/agetty 38400 tty5 linux
 c6:12345:respawn:/sbin/agetty 38400 tty6 linux

arquivo etc/securetty

 # These are the ttys on...
 tty1
 tty2
 tty3
 tty4
 tty5
 tty6

de uma olhada no /etc/login.defs

# If defined, either full pathname of a file containing device names or
# a ":" delimited list of device names. Root logins will be allowed only
# upon these devices.
#
CONSOLE /etc/securetty
#CONSOLE console:tty01:tty02:tty03:tty04

neste caso ele consulta o /etc/securetty... o teu pode estar ao
contrario e nao
ter o tty1

 Obrigado pela ateno,
 Michael Rothenberger
