In Cocoon we ship Jetty for this purpose. It's 550 KB (instead of a good 7,5MB for Tomcat). It starts up twice as fast and has a small memory footprint compared to tomcat. For Cocoon it has proven perfect for both developers and users. Cool. I could see myself using that too. > My users will not be defined in the container, I > don't want that ! > The current integration with Tomcat means there is a Slide Catalina Realm that enables Tomcat to authenticate against Slide managed users.
