These commands are not not mentioned in any WebDAV related
specification I know about, so I am quite sure they are MS extensions.

I think there is no standard WebDAV way for delivering events. The
question remains whether something like that is a goof idea at all
because it would be an additional burden for the server. Remember that
you are dealing with HTTP requests/reponses and not some fast local
system calls.
