I'd like to nominate Unico Hommes <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> as a committer for the Slide project.
He has been an active participant in many discussions and has contributed the JAAS LoginModule that is likely to replace the current complicated authentication in a Slide 2.1 release.
Unico has been using Slide from the beginning of its 1.0.16 incarnation and already is a committer in a number of other Apache projects including Cocoon.
