Hmm, I remember hearing about that. Didn't know it would have these kinds of implications though.


So, does this mean that as a german you personally are subject to that law and so would be liable if you were the one to add it to the site? Or does it mean anyone risks legal prosecution from German authorities were they to do the same? Is ASF the liable party? Is this now official ASF policy?
