Looks good.

Will do.

It looks like the tar.gz package I downloaded had problems. For
instance, there were two /bin directories (??). Anyway, I grabbed the
.zip download and everything looks proper with that one.

However, when running the build target the patch to server.xml fails
with the messages:

    [patch] patching file
/home/knoppix/downloads/jakarta-tomcat-5.0.28/conf/server.xml
[patch] Hunk #1 FAILED at 173.
[patch] 1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file
/home/knoppix/downloads/jakarta-tomcat-5.0.28/conf/server.xml.rej

The other patches work fine, and I can't see any obvious problems (the
data is on the right line and I have write access to the file), so I'm
not sure what the problem is. Worst case I'll manually apply the
changes, so this won't effect the release, but it would be nice resolve
the issue. I'll investigate more tonight, but if anyone has any ideas or
the time to run a sanity check for me I'd appreciate the feedback.

Sounds good.
