However, when running the build target the patch to server.xml fails with the messages:

The other patches work fine, and I can't see any obvious problems (the data is on the right line and I have write access to the file), so I'm not sure what the problem is. Worst case I'll manually apply the changes, so this won't effect the release, but it would be nice resolve the issue. I'll investigate more tonight, but if anyone has any ideas or the time to run a sanity check for me I'd appreciate the feedback.
For me this worked fine. The patch for server.xml is most important as it contains the configuration of the JAAS realm. I will attach my patched server.xml version for now. Could you sent the server.xml.rej
and your server.xml for inspection, please?

Both what is there and the patch seem to match perfectly. No idea what is going on. Could anyone else check if it works?
