I'm planning on doing a CVS store for Slide. To get the full benefit of
CVS, DeltaV needs to be implemented, which I will also look at implementing
to a basic level. Yes you would be able to access the DeltaV methods via a
suitable client (also at the idea phase of my plans).
With a CVS store and DeltaV implemented you would have a version
controlled environment for files, I'm interested to know if you have any
ideas on this.
There are a number of CVS clients in java that are open source, like
http://javacvs.sourceforge.net/.

It is very interesting to know that there are plants to hookup slide with
CVS. I understand that with CVS in place we get all the versioning and
authentication functionality. Will it be possible to still have interface
to deltaV. Could we gain something more with CVSStore.Are there any
