SQL Server 7.0

I am trying to configure slide to user SQL server ver 7.0.  I have tried
downloading the JDBC driver from i-net and hacked the domain.xml but didn't
have any success.  I found a script in the faq to generate the schema for
MSSQL and ran that successfully.  Does anyone know of a jdbc driver for
mssql that works with slide?

Does anyone know anything about the CVS driver development?  I would be
interested in working on this.
