I used the i-net driver and observed some race conditions with Slide, but
seemed to work otherwise (those scripts for m$sql were from my tweaks).  You
can get a 2-connection-limited driver for free for their site.  I haven't
checked on this in a long time, but the FreeTDS driver (don't know if that's
the CVS driver you were talking about) last I checked didn't have good/fast
support for blobs.  Probably has gotten better, but we've been very pleased
with the i-net driver.
