Hi Joe, you have to check-in your files and directories into Slide. You can't just point to an existing directory. Slide won't serve content or structure or so which had not been checked-in via Slide before.
URI mapping of files: <filespath>/files</filespath> But the directory will be under the root path which you specify in <contentstore>. If you only want to expose the /files directory and its children, you can set a <scope> in web.xml.
