I'm a user of the Slide libs, not an author, but here's some background
for you based on my findings. If you want to talk to slide via the
webdav (i.e. HTTP), look at the client libs. It allows you to talk to
Slide (or any WebDAV and Delta/V implementation) from Java and is a nice
API. If you wish to talk to the Slide kernel from inside the same VM,
look at the org.apache.slide.common classes (specifically the SlideToken
and NamespaceAccessToken) and the arch/design docs on the web site.
There should be plenty examples of both APIs throughout the src
distribution or a daily CVS snapshot.
