Well, RFC3744 allows servers to implement DAV:owner as protected
property
(<http://greenbytes.de/tech/webdav/rfc3744.html#rfc.section.5.1>), and
we (SAP NW KM) in fact do so.
I'd be interested to hear which servers do implement ACL, and allows
writing to that property...
