The version number "104" used in jcl104-over-slf4j is only indicative. Since
the JCL API did not change between 1.1.1 and 1.0.4, the fact that SLF4J
implements JCL 1.0.4 instead of 1.1.1 should have strictly no practical
significance (as they are the same from an API point of view).
