The consensus on legal-discuss@ seems to be that we can include the JSON code in Sling, i.e. the "Good, not Evil" condition is not a FOU clause that we need to worry about. I'll wait until tomorrow and lift my -1 unless anyone objects on legal-discuss. Anyway, my -1 on the aggregate LICENSE and NOTICE files still stands, IMHO we need to fix those before we release.
