It is not coupled with Sling at all. In fact, the console has been moved
to the Apache Felix project because it may help users of OSGi frameworks
at large not just Sling.
The Console has no dependencies on Sling and in fact as an absolute
minimum only requires an OSGi framework to be deployed in and an active
OSGi HttpService implementation to be able to access the console.
