Rhandeev, not writing down on paper doesnt mean there is no contract. We
are still liable if our negligence causes losses to them, unless both
parties draw up a contract to give up this right to sue each other.
Anyway, I dont know what I am talking about, I just want to say that I
have done a module on law and I am quite freaked out as to the extent of
liabilities. If at all possible, we should write down on paper an
agreement that state our job scope and limit our liabilities.
