TUCOWS recommends the follwing hardware and bandwith to keep a mirror:

                      1) Pentium 133 or greater
                      2) UNIX OS (Linux, BSDI, Solaris, just about any
platform will work, as long as you have Perl 5)
                      3) WindowsNT or Windows95 servers not allowed, sorry
                      4) 32 mb of RAM or greater
                      5) 8 GIG hard disk space or more
                      6) Web server configured with a timeout of 15
                        minutes or more
                      7) FTP access optional but not required
                      8) T-1 or greater bandwith

I like Line (3) hahaha...
The 8Gig is minimal mirroring. There are 4 sections for linuxberg -
console/x11/kde/gnome. Gnome/kde is the smallest, followed by console,
x11. X11 is huge due to the stuff like wordperfect, and many huge
binaries.. I recommend we do the first 3 (these fit into the 8 gig) x11 is
larger.... :(

We satisfy the rest... esp line 8.. we have T-1 * many many times !!
(100mbps!! woohooo)

Johnny: U interested in debian ? mail me private..
