        Bad news.. a proxy is useless when u do mirroring.. rsync and most
advanced mirror tools compare the crc and then only update what is
needed..
        I'll most prob move the rsync sites over to a new ftp server...
        rufus uses rsync too, but we dun need to worry bout that anymore..
