Hi all,
I also have one of the new magic tv video cards and i'm attempting to run it
with v4l not v4l2 and i've run into a little problem.
Firstly the card works under windows and has no problems finding any channels
so i know poor reception isn't to blame.
I was using kwintv (tell me if i should be using something else) and when i do
i scan for channels it finds nothing. Seeing as i don't know the frequencies
the stations operate at i cant set iot by hand either (which i figure probably
wont work anyway).
I built the 2.2.13 kernel with the videodev and bttv as modules.
I do an insmod for videodev,i2c,tuner and bttv.
But when i fire up kwintv i cant find any channels to watch ?
Any ideas ? More information needed ??
