Well, 0.7.8 says the most recent can be found at
http://www.thp.uni-koeln.de/~rjkm/linux/bttv.html.
Otherwise, search for bttv on freshmeat.

everytime I fiddle, I think "must write this down for the www", but
(sigh!) never do and since it is usually a different card each time,
the old brain gets a tad confused.
One of the card options, card=13, only works in bttv-0.7.8. Under
RH6x, it gives some other card. So using card=10 under 6x only gives
TV & S-video input (I think). You just have to try the likely choices.
Thankfully the tuner is simplier. Either tuner=5 for Phillips tuner,
or tuner=0 for Temic. These are the only two tuners I have met (so far
(knock, knocK/wood)). BTW tuner=7 (this temic is something else).
