Dave,

I got the same thing, apparently there is an error in their systems, after a
20 minute phone call ( and a few back doors in the database ) we are
actually getting a call on Monday.

Look outside you house. If you have cable passing overhead, you can get it.
Call them and sit on the phone if nescesary.

They have bugs in the database. Persist and you shall recieve.
