I think if you install F-Secure SSH on the NT box, make the connection to
the Linux box and then locally forward ports such as 110 for pop, 23 for
telnet, 80 for web and .. ftp might be a bit fiddly. It's kind of like a
very basic VPN but you'd have to have a login on the remove Linux box.
