Michael has already suggested mrtg, which is what I was going to
recommend. I have been working with it recently to graph some
performance statistics and have found it to be more than adequate. An
alternative would be to have a look on freshmeat.net for something -
what you are trying to do doesn't strike me as being an odd thing, and
I'm sure you could find a few different scripts/programs that will
achieve the end result you are after.
