and even if your building is already wired for optus (so no
drilling involved) they still won't connect you up.
(besides which, for my unit block at least, it's up to each
unit owner to get the body corporate to do stuff like that,
other companies (eg optus) don't deal with the strata managers
direct only with the unit owner.)
