jeffrey borg was very helpful in getting my computer to recognize that
my printer exists, and it now prints ascii test pages, directly to port
only. im still unable to print pictures or text files or the postscript
test page
or anything else, really. i have an hp880c deskjet, im running red hat
6.1
if anyone thinks they might be able to help, i would be very happy
im almost there, i can tell
