Yeah, true, but when they ring and say 'The courier will be there by
4pm', and the courier doesn't, then somethings gone wrong somewhere.
Oh, and for the record, it was impossible to go to Harris at the time to
pick up the order, it had to be delivered. Of course, now I could go to
the shop and pick it up, but I didn't realise they weren't going to come
up with the goods when they said they would.
