If you don't have the luxury of having the exchange bofh set up a
mail redirection rule for you (say directed to your local linux box
running sendmail/smail/qmail etc), then you can set up your
own forwarding rule using your windows exchange client -
the only problem is that you will periodically need to connect
to exchange and empty your 'deleted mail' folder (at least I
didn't see a way to have this automatically purged when I
ran with this setup).
