no they havent. theyve told me what i can and cant do with their service

the way you put it, thats what it sounded like, sorry for the
misunderstanding. It appears, from what they say on their website, that they
"discourage" internet sharing (IP masquerading) . so to answer your
question, yes you can run IP masquerading.
