Well, the 5 minutes it took me to wire the plugs up was well worth the
cost for a pre-made cable, and I have mine at 100MBps full duplex. To
put it simply, looking at the plug from the front (pin end), this is
how you'll need to wire it.
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
3 6 1 4 5 2 7 8
1/2 - Green
3/6 - Yellow
4/5 - Blue
7/8 - Brown
Make sure that you alternate the cable white/colour/white/colour etc
all the way through. As you'll notice, pair 1/2 (Green) goes to pair
3/6 (Yellow) and vice-versa.
