Just a quick question to those people that have gotten Optus@Home
installed - Did the technician do the install under Linux?
I've heard stories from the US about people having to dual boot into
windows or even do a quick installation, for the tech to use for the
setup. I think I remember a couple of people on this list saying similar
things. Has anybody actually had the tech install/setup on Linux? I only
have Linux, don't easily have access to Windows, and still wouldn't
consider installing it just for this. The Optus support person (who rang
me in the first place) wasn't sure wether they would be able to install on
Linux.
So, anyone?
