make sure you write and tell Telstra!
otherwise they'll think it went down really well.
I recently changed all my phone and related business from Telstra
to AAPT (except CDMA mobile where telstra is the only choice for now)
and promptly received the standard letter from telstra about
"we'd like to welcome you back". It was hilarous and so full of
marketing wank. I intend to write a nice reply to the bloke
who sent it to me (well it's all automatic but the bloke who's
signature is on it anyway) saying I'll come back when telstra
improve their; customer service, prices, level of competence
(management-wise) and generally stop gouging the Australian
public.
