Gee, I know I know .. I had a few dumb comments in there, I just meant that 
some people think cut and copy in Windows is .. edit>>cut edit>>paste or 
those paste and copy buttons. UltraEdit does support Regexes now .. oh ..

Try ':set wm=45' for setting the wrapmargin. Try sidescroll too

I will actually read my ORA Learning VI Book one day :)
