Hello,
I was wondering if anyone out there know how a can get a Win4Lin patch
Redhat 6.2 machine to work with the NVIDIA 0.93 drivers, they seem to be
mutually exclusive, or maybe it's just my lack of skill ?
Here's what I've done:
Standard RH6.2
Installed Win4Lin
Installed RH6.2 patch from Trelos WWW site
Everything good so far,
Now when I load the Kernel drivers for the TNT2 X doesn't run.
What I have noticed is at the LILO prompt if I boot "Linux" X works fine
(NVIDIA) but Win4Lin doesn't
and if a boot "Win4Lin" Win4Lin works but NVIDIA doesn't (i can still run X
using the NV driver), so could i be that the NVIDIA drivers are patching
Linux kernel rather that Win4Lin or am i just confused, and does someone
know how I can get BOTH a TNT2 and Win4Lin to live happily together
