does leaving out both the options lines work? have you tried it?
also try putting in one card at a time. just to test that both cards
work. i suppose you've done this but just had to say it anyway.
also if you have to put the options lines in,
try with the following...
options eexpress io=0x270,0x300
or
options eexpress io=0x270,300
ie. only one of the options lines like the above. see how you go.
