Backchannel charging is generally only relevant if you're using your link
as a backchannel for a satellite link, not if you're using it for normal
data flow in both directions.
eg, Telstra's backchannel charging only kicks in if you send more than
2.5 times what you recieve (and you're not registered as a content
provider).
