What would be really cool is that even before mailman gets anything pipe
the message thru something which automagically strips attachments and puts
them in some file under a web server directory and automagically put's a
link to it at the end of the message!

so html messages will get striped by doing this and there would be no
attachments of any kind and if people want to see them there will be a url
which works at the end of the message to see them.

It could even indicate the filesizes as well.
