if every you want to find something (that isn't on freshmeat), go to
www.debian.org and view the copyright for that package. the copyright
file always lists where the source was downloaded from.

apparently rpm's are in redhat 6.2, else http://sourceware.cygnus.com/
under "docbook tools"
the newer jadetex versions tend to need an extremely recent TeX setup
(particularly the hyperref package).
